Sarah Stentiford – Heckington: When our old computer went belly up I had no idea what to do so I rang 1-2-1 computer TLC, within 24 hours John came round to our house and went through all the problems with us and in a manner that even I understood, however it became obvious that the old computer was so old it had to go. No problem though - John talked me through what type of computer I needed and sent me off with a shopping list of what was required. The very next day he was back to install it and showed hours of patience explaining how to work and use it. He simply is wonderful and even went through everything with my mum as well so all of us knew how to use it. I would have no hesitation in recommending 1-2-1 Computer TLC to anyone who needs help.
E. Lowe - Woodhall Spa:Changing from a very ancient 3.1 computer to XP and only having basic knowledge I contacted John about
2 ½ years ago shouting "HELP"!!Inexperienced with the new technology of XP, I encountered endless problems and became quite despondent of ever mastering it. However, under John`s tuition I quickly gained confidence and have since made enormous progress in using a lot of the facilities a computer offers, right down to some complicated procedures which I never dreamt of tackling. Thank you John. John is very, very patient. He explains, fixes programs and puts all manner of problems in order. The important thing is that he makes sure one understands and is able to practice what he teaches.John was, and is, always very willing to come out when needed (no long waits), no matter if it`s for short or long hours of tuition. I've used 1-2-1 COMPUTER TLC when I've had problems with my laptop. The service was excellent. I received clear instructions about what I should do and was able to follow them. It's the first time I have spoken to someone regarding ICT and not been totally confused at the end. John is really clear about what you need to do and how you need to do it. A service I would highly recommend.

Conrad Chitty - Swineshead: Thank you very much for your help the other day I did run the deep scan after you left it took it about 4 hours but I now have 90%+ of the pictures recovered and in excellent condition, so once again thank you very much it was £25 well spent and has made my wife very happy to see all the folders back, I just need to tidy them up and back them up.
